Eligibility Criteria

Must be registered as Micro, Small, or Medium enterprise under MSME Act
Unit must be located in any district of Haryana
Must have valid Udyam Registration Number
Must have valid Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) Number
Must be a new MSE (Micro and Small Enterprise)
Must have purchased/leased land for industrial purpose
Must have paid stamp duty on land transaction
Must have valid sale deed/lease deed and mutation
