✓ Must be registered as Micro, Small, or Medium enterprise under MSME Act

✓ Unit must be located in any district of Haryana

✓ Must have valid Udyam Registration Number

✓ Must have valid Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) Number

✓ Must be a new MSE (Micro and Small Enterprise)

✓ Must have purchased/leased land for industrial purpose

✓ Must have paid stamp duty on land transaction

✓ Must have valid sale deed/lease deed and mutation
